Be in Love First

When you’re doing a love meditation, like Hold With Love, make sure you’re in the frequencies of Love before you focus on your subject for the meditation.

And if you fall out of the frequencies of Love, if your mind wanders, that’s no problem. Get back into the feeling, and then softly focus on the subject once more.

Even if you do this multiple times during your meditation it’s okay.

Be in Love first and then focus.
