It is through this exploration that we come to learn about ourselves, our true nature, and how we weave into the tapestry of the Universe.
How each of us come to want to explore this landscape is different. Perhaps one lazy afternoon you came across a book in a little shop and flipped through it. Maybe you were curious about what you found in those pages and went online to search for more information, reading spirituality blogs, watching videos. Maybe you were raised in a household where discussions of spiritual and metaphysical ideas were encouraged and embraced.
Whatever your path has been, I am glad you’ve made your way here. I’m on my own journey as well. While I still have much further to go, I’ve come across some tools and practices that serve me well that I offer here on my website.
