Visualization to help embody a chosen frequency/feeling
This visualization was inspired by handmade quartz rings by MiniMoon Arts
You find yourself in a circular room, well-lit with a soft light. The walls are copper bands spiralling around the room from the floor up to the ceiling in ever widening circles. The effect is that the ceiling of the room is twice as large as the floor.
Several planters are arranged around the room near the walls, and vines with deep turquoise leaves are using the bands of copper to climb up towards the ceiling.
Your eyes are drawn to the centre of the room where a large, clear quartz crystal is suspended from the ceiling, almost reaching the floor more than a dozen metres below. You walk forward and lay your hands against the quartz, feeling its warm, textured surface. Eventually you back away and sit on a bench that’s nearby.
Now, you close your eyes, take a deep breath, and focus on the energy of love, holding that feeling in your core.
With the energy of love beginning to grow within you, you open your eyes. You see that the clear quartz in the middle of the room has changed colour and is now a mixture of rosy pink and emerald green. The light in the room has changed as well, reflecting the change in the crystal.
As you continue to focus on love, you feel the energy of the quartz seeping into you, amplifying the feeling, helping you to deepen it.
You stay like this for a while and then gently release your focus. You watch as the quartz gradually returns to its original clear color.
Now you choose another feeling, a new energy that you wish to embody. The quartz at the centre of the room changes colour to match this new frequency, and you are once more immersed in the energy of the crystal.
