Here are the dates and start times for the 33-minute group sessions for January 2020. Please see the Group Distance Energy Work page for more information. All sessions are done at a distance.

Varying Intent Group (a different focus each month)

- Focus: Responsibility
Compassion Group
- Sunday 19th at 8:45 am EST
- Focus: Embodying compassion and releasing patterns which no longer serve
***Note: Each group has up to 5 participants
Price
There is no set price for joining a group. I ask that each person pay an amount that feels good for them to give and reflects the value they feel they received from the session.
***Note: A 13% tax (HST) will be deducted from the amount you pay (for example if you give $33.00 it would be $29.20 + $3.80 tax).
