Here are the dates and start times for the 33-minute group sessions for September 2019. Please see the Group Distance Energy Work page for more information. All sessions are done at a distance.

Open Intent Group
- Sunday 1st at 8:15 am EST
- Focus: Whatever the group participants bring
Varying Intent Group (a different focus each month)
- Sunday 15th at 8:15 am EST
- Focus: Releasing patterns of dread
Compassion Group
- Sunday 29th at 8:15 am EST
- Focus: Embodying compassion and releasing patterns which no longer serve
***Note: Each group has up to 5 participants
Price
There is no set price for joining a group. I ask that each person pay an amount that feels good for them to give and reflects the value they feel they received from the session.
A day or two after the session, I will send you an email for payment. You can pay by PayPal, Interac E-transfer, or I can send you an online invoice. You need a PayPal account to use the PayPal.me link.
***Note: A 13% tax (HST) will be deducted from the amount you pay. (ex: $33.00 would be $29.20 + $3.80 tax)
