Here are the dates and start times for the 33-minute group sessions for August 2019. Please see the Group Distance Energy Work page for more information. All sessions are done at a distance.

Open Intent Group
- Sunday 4th at 8:15 am EST
- Focus: Whatever the group participants bring
Varying Intent Group (a different focus each month)
- Sunday 11th at 8:15 am EST
- Focus: TBD
Compassion Group
- Sunday 18th at 8:15 am EST
- Focus: Embodying compassion and releasing patterns which no longer serve
***Note: Each group has up to 5 participants
Price
There is no set price for joining a group. I ask that each person pay an amount that feels good for them to give and reflects the value they feel they received from the session.
One or two days after the session, I will send you an email for payment. You can pay by PayPal, Interac E-transfer, or I can send you an online invoice. You need a PayPal account to use the PayPal.me link.
