Meditation for feeling your skin and the energy moving through you

Sit comfortably and allow your breathing to settle into a steady, natural rhythm.

Then, settle your attention on your largest organ: your skin. Be aware of your skin as a whole rather than focusing on just one section like the back of your hand. Allow your awareness to be filled with the feeling of your skin itself rather than anything it is physically touching.

After some time, you may feel sensations you weren’t aware of before. Simply observe these and allow them to move through you without attachment or analysis.
