Ajna (Third Eye Chakra) visualization for opening yourself to infinite possibilities
Visualize yourself sitting comfortably with your eyes closed. Everything is still and peaceful around you.
See Ajna, your beautiful, violet Third Eye Chakra, rotating in the centre of your head at the level of your eyebrows.
Now imagine an infinity symbol, a slightly darker shade of violet than Ajna, drawn on your forehead between your eyebrows. Trace the infinity symbol for a while, following the loops and curves with your mind’s eye.
Then see the infinity symbol sink from your forehead into your head until it is centred in Ajna. Once again trace the dark violet line of the infinity symbol as it weaves through your violet chakra. Watch as the symbol slowly expands until its ends reach just beyond the sides of your head.
