How does each person contribute to the energy during group energy work sessions?

Here is a musical analogy for how it works.

Each of us through our perspectives, life experiences, thoughts and beliefs, has our own personal energy field or stream of energy that is unlike any one else’s. This is like each person playing their own unique instrument. Some instruments may be very similar, like the tenor and alto saxophone, but they will all be different.

And in a particular group session, each person will be playing a certain note based on what they set their intention to focus on or even in what is going on in their lives.

So even if two different sessions have the same people in it, each session will still be different because each group member will be playing a different note than they did before. Because we are constantly growing and changing, even if people set the same intention, their note will be slightly different. Someone may even change their instrument from one session to the next.
