Visualization to open oneself to receiving
Make yourself comfortable, and relax each part of your body until all you feel is ease. Take a deep breath.
Visualize the inside of your body for a few moments. See blood cells flowing through your veins and arteries. See your heart pumping. See and feel your lungs expanding and releasing. See muscles in your legs, stretched or relaxed.
Now, with a soft, general awareness of your body as a whole, speak to your cells. Ask, “Please open to receive wellbeing.” See/Feel your body as each cell begins to absorb the energy of wellbeing from the Universe, from the space around you, taking the energy in to its core.
Stay with this as long as you like.
