Meditation to allow the Frequencies of Wonder
Make yourself comfortable, and fall into stillness.
Let go of all of the conditions, judgements, criteria you have for what is worthy of your appreciation or admiration.
Relax. Be at ease. Be open.
To start the meditation, in the quiet of your mind say the following phrase.
“I embrace the Love within me, and from this point allow Wonder.”
Do this meditation for as long as you wish.
At first, to get into the feeling, you may find it helpful to to think of a time where you felt wonder and immerse yourself in that memory. When you get to the feeling you had at the time, switch your focus to just the feeling and let the details of the memory fall away.
