In these two Recognitions we will acknowledge and appreciate thoughts that we have aligned with and drawn to us.
In one, we will thank and welcome those thoughts which reflect our joy, wisdom, love, happiness, compassion,etc. whether they are new thoughts or ones which have been with us for some time.
In the other, we will thank those thoughts which perhaps do not serve us, for they are showings us the sort of signals we are putting out to the Universe. We will thank them and release them with love.
In either case, by acknowledging, thanking, and appreciating the thoughts we are reminding ourselves that these thoughts are not of us, created by us, or owned by us.

I thank this thought which I have received. I recognize that you are a reflection of my own state of being. I appreciate and welcome you.
Recognition – Release With Love
I thank this thought which I have received. I recognize that you are a reflection of my own state of being. I acknowledge that you were drawn to me by a frequency that I embody that is no longer serving me. I now choose to instead amplify a frequency that does serve me. I thank you and release you with love.
