Is it better to go from specifics to big picture when it comes to thinking? I used to think that it was, but I’ve flipped to the other side. You want to know your destination before you start looking for flights and hotels. You want to know which puzzle you’re working on before you start looking for pieces.
What is the way that logic (left brain) and intuition (right brain) are meant to work together?
When the two hemispheres of our brain are balanced and harmonious, I think there will be no delay between seeing the big picture/idea and realizing the details and logic that make that picture/idea possible
Left brain thinking is the how
Questioning which is better between logic and intuition makes no sense. They both provide only part of the picture
Is our physical creating thoughts or receiving thoughts like a radio? I’ve come to believe it’s the latter
So many of my present thoughts arise from patterns established by past thoughts. They may seem like new thoughts on the surface, but they are not.
It would serve well to be aware of the thought patterns we already have and new ones we are in the process of creating
