Setting Your Intentions

You can book an in-person or distance energy work session with a general intent to receive wellbeing, in which case the energy will flow where needed.

You can also set a specific intention to flow the energy towards a particular area. I often do energy work sessions for myself, for example, to support a meditation or contemplation. The Universal Energy helps us to see new perspectives and ideas, gain insights, and understand concepts more deeply. It will also help to bring patterns or beliefs that are not in harmony with our intention to the surface for us to look at.

Setting your intention beforehand brings clarity to your session or any other activity you do. Having a point of focus will allow support to flow to you in a cohesive way and assist you as you explore your inner world and the Universe.

I would suggest that you set intentions of what you want to move towards rather than away from (“I wish to know my worth” rather than “I don’t want to feel unworthy”).

Here are some examples.

  1. I intended to embody compassion more fully
  2. I wish to become more patient
  3. I would like to know my eternal nature more deeply
  4. I would like to experience more restful sleep
  5. I wish to release/dissolve my attachment to comparison
  6. I intend to gain a greater understanding of duality
