When I focus on compassion it feels like I’m letting go of all of the justifications for my judgements
I find that compassion creates a feeling of ‘we’, of togetherness. Not that you join the other person in their struggle/suffering, but that you retain your steady footing and strength and extend it to them. Judgement creates the feeling of ‘them’, of other. It is all about separation
