Contemplation about our planet Earth
Take a few deep breaths and allow each part of your body to relax from your head to your toes.
For a few moments think about Earth, the lovely planet we live on.
Next, shift this thought a little bit and instead consider that you live in planet Earth and not on it. Earth is not just the ground beneath our feet. It is layers of atmosphere extending more than 100,000 kilometres away from the surface. Earth’s magnetic fields extends hundreds of kilometres beyond that, in some places.
You live in the Earth’s atmosphere, within it’s electromagnetic field. You live in planet Earth.
Focus on this idea and hold it in your awareness. How does it feel to live in the Earth? How does it feel to be supported by and held in this planet as we travel around our sun?
