I think step two of the Hold With Love exercise could be an exercise all on its own. Learning that we can connect to that feeling of love, that we can allow our being to be filled with that energy anytime anywhere, is important.
So many people believe that in order to have love in their lives they need that special someone or that special setting like a romantic dinner or a moonlit beach. Wouldn’t it be nice if people knew they could tap into love whenever they wanted? That it is always flowing around us, through us?
I do Hold With Love for 21 minutes, but I’ll steal a few minutes here and there to simply connect to love with no object of focus or goal. Experiencing how the energy feels in my body is simple, awesome, and reassuring. Reassuring because it is an reminder that I can feel that there is more than just our physical world.
