Meditation to deepen the knowing that you are not your thoughts

Take several deep breaths and allow your body to relax.
You are a magnet for thoughts, with thoughts from all across our Universe being drawn to you. The thoughts being drawn to you are a match to your current state of being, your beliefs.
Sit quietly and observe without judgement the thoughts that you are pulling into your energy field. When a thought passes across your awareness, see it as a tiny, unique pattern of light (a pattern like a snowflake or a simpler shape) floating in front of your eyes for a few moments and then let it go to drift around in your energy field.
Realize that each thought is its own creation that has been drawn to you like metal to a magnet. They are attracted to you but they are not you.
