Contemplation for feeling the unending nature of the present moment
Ground yourself in the present moment. Start by closing your eyes and feeling whatever is touching your skin (clothes, seat, jewellery, cool/warm air).
Now push out beyond this. Become aware of and sink into the sounds or silence around you, the smells.
Can you feel the all encompassing nature of this one moment? The stillness of this one moment?
Can you feel that now is all there is?
