Visualization for inner peace
Imagine that you are sitting in a wide open field that stretches to the edge of a cliff several feet in front of you. The field is filled with large, butterscotch-yellow tulips with long emerald green stems bending back and forth in the breeze blowing in from the sea.
The wonderful smell of the flowers fills the air. As you inhale you draw in not only the scent but the essence of the flowers as well.
You feel this essence gathering in your abdomen and then swirling out to fill your entire body. Where it goes, a feeling of peace goes with it, dissolving points of stress and tension it encounters.
Visualize yourself sitting here for a while, with the flowers around you and salty sea air blowing gently across your face.
