I realized one day that the seven main chakras, each with their own frequency range and areas of focus, also have their own unique perspective. They are aspects of our consciousness that can help us to get a glimpse into our Inner World and belief systems or gain deeper understanding of concepts and values that we wish to embody more fully.
The Exercise
Exercise for gaining deeper understanding of concepts (non judgement, beauty) or for revealing how limiting belief are affecting different aspects of your being through dialogue with the chakras
Take a few moments to quiet your mind and find stillness. Then start this exercise with Muladhara.
Focus on Muladhara and take a few moments to sink into this chakra and get a feel for it. You can visualize it as well, if you wish.
In the quiet of your mind ask, “How do you see SUBJECT, Muladhara?” Sit quietly with any answers that surface. What do they reveal?
Next, ask “How does SUBJECT sit within you?” Wait quietly and allow the answers to surface in your mind concerning how this chakra is being affected by the subject without judging or analyzing what comes up.
Spend a little while once again simply sitting with this chakra and what was revealed before moving on.
Do these steps again for the next chakras (Svadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna, Sahasrara).
