Imagine yourself sitting on a soft, thick blanket in a beautiful grove. All around you are beautiful, healthy trees, their branches heavy with fruit. You see apricot and peach trees, with a few nectarine trees mixed in between. Ripe apricots, peaches, and nectarines, their surfaces still moist with dew, dangle in the morning sun.
You inhale deeply, your nostrils and lungs filling with the sweet smell of these fruits.
Now visualize that at the heart of each fruit, a small bead of peach light matching the rich colour of the skin of the fruit appears. You look around the grove as each bead of light grows bigger. They grow until every piece of fruit appears to consist of nothing but light.
The glow from all of these fruits of light gradually fills the space until you are completely surrounded by varying shades of peach light. Each inhale brings the natural sweet aroma of the fruits and wisps of the beautiful light into your lungs. From there the light spreads down, filling your abdomen with peach light. Each exhale releases the energy of that which is no longer serving you from your being.
