Chakra visualization for encouraging the creative flow that involves Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) and Vishuddha (Throat Chakra).
This is Part Two. Part One is Creative Flow – Inflow.
You are sitting in a round room with a domed ceiling. Every surface of the room is a light gray color, and you are comfortably seated with your eyes closed on a large cushion.
You have been sitting quietly with your focus resting on Svadhisthana, your Sacral Chakra, for some time. The beautiful orange sphere that is this chakra is spinning gently in your abdomen, near the level of your navel. You feel the strong magnetic pull of this chakra as it brings fresh thoughts to you.
You continue to breath steadily, in and out, as more bits of ideas occur to you.
Now you see the swirling orange light begin to flow upfrom the heart of Svadhisthana along the very centre of your body. The beautiful light flows up through your Solar Plexus Chakra, your Heart Chakra, and finally comes to rest in the lovely blue orb that is Vishuddha, your Throat Chakra. A pulsing orange beam of light now connects your Sacral Chakra and Throat Chakra. Now, the blue light flows down from Vishuddha around beam of orange light all the way down to Svadhisthana. These two chakras are now connected by a bridge of bright blue light with a soft orange light running down its core.
One of the aspects of your throat chakra is also creativity, just like your sacral chakra. But where your Sacral Chakra draws components to you like a magnet, your throat chakra expresses your creations to the world around you.
The ideas being pulled to you by Svadhisthana begin to come together in small and then increasingly larger groups. The swirling orange light streams into Vishuddha, energizing it. As the blue glow from this chaka increases in intensity the images in your head continue to come together into a more complete idea.
You now open your eyes. The space around you is gently lit by the orange and blue radiance from these two chakras. The energy of the two colours complement each other beautifully, in perfect harmony.
Now you see before you whatever you need in order to create your project. Whether it is paint brushes, pens and pencils, musical instruments, tools or fabric, everything you need is in front of you. You get up, and with the blue light of Vishuddha sinning brightly from the base of your throat , you begin to create. This room is your creative space. You can paint on the walls, jot down notes on the floor, or do whatever you want to do with no worries about messes or not having supplies. Everything you could possibly need is hear in this spacious room.
Stay in this space for as long as you want.
