I would like to book three or four sessions to work on a specific issue. How should I space them out?

My suggestion would be to try to book the earlier sessions closer together and leave more time between the later sessions.

Earlier on you are releasing resistance, or patterns of thought that aren’t serving you well, so it’s good to have the first few sessions closer together to support this process.

Later on it becomes more about establishing the new patterns and beliefs in your personal energy field, so you want to leave time between sessions for the new energy patterns to settle and integrate, giving you a firmer foundation for future growth.

All of that being said, your own intuition is always your best guidance.
